The commercial building at Gartenstrasse 26 is centrally located in Zurich's Central Business District (district 2).

Built in 1969, the building underwent extensive renovation in 2007/2008. Before the new tenants move in, a partial renovation is planned to enable sustainable use with LEED certification.

From summer 2027, around 2’000 m² of office space will offer a unique working experience.
